The holidays are coming! It’s approaching the best time of year – amongst the decorations, we begin to celebrate our blessings, friends, family, and FOOD. I love food as much as the next person, but it’s nice to change up Thanksgiving and Christmas spreads with more unique options when you’re attending multiple lunches/dinners per holiday season.
One of my favorite holiday flavors is cranberry – it only seems fitting that with the bitter weather comes flavor with a lil’ more bite. This tangy + tart fruit adds fun flavoring to many traditional holiday dishes – but why stop there? Keep your dinners interesting by incorporating cranberry into new takes on traditional turkey and standard sides.
